Weekends Skill Programme: INFO + TICKETS + REGISTRATION
WEEKENDS SKILL PROGRAMME 2026
Build your skills.
Raise your level.
Be ready for what’s next.
The Weekends Skill Programme is a dedicated training programme for athletes who are ready to develop their skills, strengthen their technical foundation and challenge themselves in a high-level training environment to prepare for the selection of the National Team in 2028 at the World Cheerleading Championships.
Across five weekends, athletes will work through a progressive programme designed to meet them at their current level while continuously encouraging growth. The aim is not simply to learn new skills, but to build strong, consistent technique, confidence and a shared approach to training.
The programme is open to athletes in Performance Cheer Pom Dance and Cheerleading; All Girl and Coed.
2026 PROGRAMME DATES:
• September 26–27, 2026
• October 31 – November 1, 2026
• December 19–20, 2026
Our CSN coaches will work closely alongside the head coaches, providing additional guidance throughout the programme.
THE FIRST WEEKEND: SEPTEMBER
The September weekend will be the first step in the programme and will focus on creating a strong foundation for everything that follows.
TICKETS AND REGISTRATION
Cheerleading
The weekend will introduce the programme, including its structure, expectations, goals and overall approach. The primary focus will be on establishing a solid technical foundation. Athletes will work on fundamental skills and develop consistent technique, creating a common way of working across the group. Stunt progressions will be introduced and worked through, allowing athletes to build their understanding step by step while being challenged at a level appropriate to their current abilities.
Performance Cheer Pom Dance
For Cheerleading and Pom Dance, the focus will be on fundamental technique, style and execution. The goal is to ensure that athletes develop a strong and consistent technical foundation, while learning to apply the same principles and approach throughout their training.
From this foundation, future weekends will continue to build through progressive steps, allowing athletes to develop their skills and move towards increasingly challenging levels.
WHO IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?
The Weekends Skill Programme is designed for athletes who intent growing into the top sport level. The programme is designed to prepare as effectively as possible for potential tryouts for the National Team in 2028, but participation in the programme does not imply any obligation or commitment to take part in the tryout process. To participate athletes don’t need to have all the Elite skills yet — that’s what the journey is for. We’re looking for athletes with the ambition to reach the topsport level, who have the mindset to embrace the challenges of this level of sport, and the drive to keep learning, growing, and pushing their limits.
Both individual athletes and existing stunt groups or couples are welcome to participate.
We also warmly welcome coaches from Dutch clubs to join the weekends and experience the programme alongside their athletes.
Coaches participate free of charge.

• Be 16 years old in 2028, the year of competition: Born in 2012 or before.
